Have you ever dreamed of creating a custom song for an important event, for example for your wedding? Or would you like to cover a song you love, but in a different musical style? That is exactly what we offer, in addition to our live performances.
We support you at every step: you share your wishes, your memories and also your musical tastes with us, and together we compose a unique song that reflects an important moment in your life. And if you are short of inspiration, rest assured, we will know how to guide you.
Expertise that goes back a long way
Would you like to hear “My Heart Will Go On” played as a bossa nova, but with influences… of Mexican music? Or “Just the Way You Are” in a funky version, with an electro touch? Or even a composition written in the style of Ed Sheeran? We know how to do all of that.
As a little anecdote, this idea goes back a long way: right from his early days as a musician, Martin composed custom pieces for his loved ones to mark their big occasions, both the music and the lyrics.
He has composed too many songs to count: for his grandparents’ golden wedding anniversary, for his parents’ 60th birthdays, or even a “happy birthday” for vocal trio built from scratch out of a cat’s meow! He applies this approach of reinterpretation to the songs of Brise Tropicale as well, and would be delighted to put it at your service.
Martin, producer, composer and multi-instrumentalist
Martin will be your point of contact throughout this experience. A professional musician and multi-instrumentalist for more than fifteen years, trained at the conservatoire, he works day to day as a composer, arranger and producer.
All of Brise Tropicale’s productions are entirely arranged and recorded by him (except for the vocals, which are Larissa’s). He has many compositions to his name and more than 1,000 published music productions. To listen to his work: his compositions (lofi style), an album of compositions in another style, his educational music productions and, of course, the tracks of Brise Tropicale.
From the first idea to the finished song
The pleasure of creating with the right support
It all starts with a first conversation: Martin discovers what you have in mind and helps you refine it if needed. He will then send you a quote, so that you know exactly what budget to plan for.
Once the quote is approved, you will begin the creative process, which is tailored to the project. Depending on what you want, it can begin with writing the lyrics, or with several arrangement ideas that we will put to you, or with a more specific approach.
You take part as you wish, in person or remotely, with the level of involvement of your choice: leaving most of the decisions to us, or on the contrary deciding on every detail. You can even sing or play on your own song if you would like to.
Also, as you will notice while the song takes shape: the process is in itself an original and memorable experience, which will leave you with wonderful memories.
Finally, if you wish, we can perform your song as part of our show. You can just as well play it over your own sound system: in the end, you remain the conductor.
